Life is full of interesting turns. Happy Halloween

Pictures will come, but here is one from Halloween. Jordan went as night and I went as Day! We had a delightful time at the family Halloween party, but Halloween night I went to bed early exhausted from moving our house and Jordan stayed up late in Washington D.C. doing homework. Our lives are filled with lots of work and little time for play, but we are happy. P.S. can you tell from the picture that I am 26 weeks pregnant?

Name Changing

Oh well, I suppose my children will just have to adapt to the Smiths, and the Williams of the class. It will be easier to sign my name and I like that idea. I have enjoyed my last name and will miss it, but it is an exciting turn in time, taking on a new name and new responsibility. I hope I can live up to both names
Blackburn: The black brook or stream
Yates: An old word for Gate

Inspired by my sister, I am going to work on my blog. Patience is a virtue, but are you not excited?
